MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES-STORING AND INSURING GOODS
Distributor shall properly store and care for all goods purchased under this agreement and protect the goods from injury or damage from any cause, and at all times keep goods for which distributor is indebted to manufacturer covered by fire and extended insurance coverage in an amount equal to the fair insurable value of the goods. Any company issuing such insurance shall be approved by manufacturer, and any policy issued shall contain a clause showing loss payable to manufacturer as the interests of manufacturer may appear. Distributor shall furnish to manufacturer the names of all such insurance companies, and the number, effective and expiration dates, and the face amount of each policy. On request, distributor shall deliver to manufacturer copies of the policies or certificates of insurance issued by the insurers.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
